Air 1 Heating is installing a design/build heating and cooling system for a new townhomes project in Seattle, Washington.

Air 1 Heating was awarded the contract to provide a design/build heating and cooling system for a new townhomes project in Seattle, WA.
Air 1 Heating is providing the complete design and installation of all equipment, venting, ducting, and gas piping. Air 1 Heating selected a 3-zone split-system using Armstrong Air 95% two-stage, variable speed gas furnaces with Armstrong Air 18 SEER heat pumps, Sun Pure HEPA in-duct filtration, and Honeywell WiFi thermostats and zoning systems.
