Ian Anderson’s Caves Branch Adventure Company & Jungle Lodge Announces Facebook Contest Winner for June

Belmopan, Belize, July 03, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The “Picture your Adventure in Belize” is the first ever Facebook photo contest that Caves Branch has had. The contest started on February 1st, 2013 and has been running since then. Each month is a new contest and Caves Branch selects a new winner.

Ian Anderson, owner of Caves Branch expressed his gratitude to those who participated in the contest for June, “We would like to say thank you to all of our 20 contestants for this month! This would not have been a contest without you.” He also mentioned that the photo with the most votes, a total of 892 was gathered by Amanda of Halifax. Her picture was of her and the jaguar at the Belize Zoo. This was a very bold and daring, adventurous picture.

Ms. Amanda won the grand prize of a three night’s stay at Ian Anderson’s Caves Branch Jungle Lodge for two in one of the jungle suites. If upon arrival, a Belize tree house is available – the winner’s accommodations will be upgraded. As winner, she will receive two single day adventures, all meals and drinks and accommodations for the three nights. Ian Anderson said, “We are excited to meet and welcome Ms. Amanda to the lodge!”

There will be another contest launched on the “WIN” tab ontheiur Facebook page for July 2013. To participate, contestants must submit a picture of themselves at Caves Branch Jungle Lodge or doing something adventurous. They can ask their friends and families to “Vote” for their picture. The most popular picture for each month’s submissions wins the prize. The contest is open to anyone who wants to win an adventure in Belize.
