The Medical Tourism Association® will conduct a daylong workshop outlining “Opportunities for Medical Tourism in Armenia,” Wednesday, July 3, at Yerevan State University, in Yerevan, Armenia, in collaboration with Solutions and Dental Tourism Armenia.
West Palm Beach, FL, July 03, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Medical Tourism Association® will conduct a daylong workshop outlining “Opportunities for Medical Tourism in Armenia,” including careers, international patient management practices, and marketing specifics for European clinics and hospitals, Wednesday, July 3, at Yerevan State University, in Yerevan, Armenia, in collaboration with Solutions and Dental Tourism Armenia.
Renee-Marie Stephano, president of the Medical Tourism Association®, will lead presentations on the “Role of the Travel/Tourism Industry in Medical Tourism” and “Government Involvement in Medical Tourism,” which will be followed by Mary Miller, managing partner of IMPROVE Global, Inc., who will present “Clinical Quality Improvement and International Patient Services”; and Jeff Coxon, education and engagement manager for MTA Europe, who will offer “Marketing European Clinics and Hospitals.”
“We believe in a think-global, act-local approach to develop sustainable systems through our workshops and we look forward to bringing our message to countries around the world,” said Stephano, who added that the U.S.-based MTA has conducted workshops in the Republic of Georgia and Mexicali, Mexico, in the past few days.
