Nicksons Lobster Fest Returns July 16-20 | Downtown La Grange
La Grange, IL, July 04, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Chef Nick Baca and co-founder of Nicksons Eatery will create different lobster preparations: grilled, boiled, slow simmered…like “Whole Split Roasted Lobster”, “Lobster Chowder in a Bread Bowl”, “Spicy Lobster Cobb Salad”, and more. It’s all good, very good. Everyone will be able to share in Baca’s love for Lobster this summer as Nicksons Eatery presents Lobster Fest from July 16th – 20th, 2013.
Nicksons co-founder, Rich Baca is in on Lobster Fest too, bringing back the signature “Vodka Lobster Martini”, shaken with vodka, reduced lobster broth and garnished with a beautiful lobster claw”. Delicious microbrew draft beers will be featured from Colorado’s New Belgium Brewing Company and Wisconsin’s Lakefront Brewery.
To compliment Lobster Fest, Nicksons will be hosting a “Lobster Bash” on Saturday, July 20th – Featuring Live Music and a Taste of Maine.
“We know that people will want to go out to eat this summer, and to be able to have a perfectly prepared Maine lobster straight from the ocean to downtown La Grange, to your table at Nicksons Eatery is a pretty tempting treat. During Lobster Fest, we are preparing Lobsters differently, we’ve had fun coming up with some of our favorite ways to present it,” explains Chef Nick Baca. “We are excited once again to bring Northeastern Regional Cuisine to downtown La Grange, IL,” say Nicksons co-founders.
