Julie Woodard Named Manager for RoseBay Bradenton Office

Bradenton, FL, July 05, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Julie Woodard has been named Manager for RoseBay International Inc.’s Bradenton office. A Realtor, Property Manager and Senior Specialist, she will be responsible for managing over 50 units, overseeing daily tasks, implementing office procedures and providing a wide range of real estate services.

Woodard has 15 years of residential and commercial real estate experience and holds licenses in Iowa and Florida. An entrepreneur, she has also launched several businesses including a downsizing and organizing business, a senior/boomer magazine, and a senior consulting service for seniors who were transitioning to community living. A native of Waterloo, Iowa, Woodard holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and Psychology from Upper Iowa University in Waterloo.
