The survey asked residents to share inputs regarding their recent service requests and to rate their experience based on the promptness and quality of service rendered. Most questions used a five point rating scale with 1 being "Extremely Dissatisfied" and 5 being "Extremely Satisfied." Regency Windsor Companies scored a "4.5 or higher" score indicating a very high level of resident satisfaction.
