Daniel Perkins Joins Fisher & Phillips
Dan Perkins has joined the the Denver office of national labor & employment law firm, Fisher & Phillips LLP, as an attorney. Perkins was formerly a Senior Attorney in the General Litigation Division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office.

Perkins was formerly a Senior Attorney in the General Litigation Division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office, where he was responsible for managing a team handling diverse legal issues, including the implementation of state agency regulations and policies, employment discrimination and attendant employee tort claims, and civil rights defense. His duties included ongoing interaction with the chief legal officers for a number of Texas state agencies, boards, and universities in developing litigation strategies.
Perkins has extensive experience in litigation and representation of clients, primarily in the Employee Relations, EEO, and Labor Law fields. He is an accomplished trial lawyer who has been involved in more than 25 jury trials in state and federal courts in Texas and Illinois, as well as 15 appellate arguments, including two at the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans. Perkins is also an excellent negotiator, having overseen the favorable resolution of more than fifty lawsuits in the past four years.
