Linda Keller Named Employee Benefits Practice Leader of California for Hub International Limited

San Diego, CA, July 11, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading insurance brokerage firm, announced today that Linda Keller has been named Employee Benefits Practice Leader of California operations (Hub California). As Practice Leader, Keller will focus on providing leadership and implementing employee benefit strategic initiatives across the Hub footprint throughout California, building and expanding the company’s offerings as a top employee benefits solutions provider.

Keller will continue her duties as executive vice president of consulting and account management at Intercare Insurance Solutions, a Hub International Company (Intercare), a position she has held since 2009. As the leader of Intercare’s account management department, she helps her team develop strategies that incorporate innovative benefits and wellness programs for Intercare clients. In addition, Keller’s role has expanded to share employee benefits best practices across Hub California. Keller is also responsible for client retention, strengthening insurance carrier relationships, and managing a team of client services personnel.

Keller has over 30 years of experience designing and implementing strategic health and benefits programs. Before joining Intercare, Keller was executive vice president and employee benefits practice leader at Willis HRH, responsible for overseeing client-facing colleagues and developing programs to increase client retention. She was also an executive at both Marsh and Mercer.

Linda earned degrees in journalism and political science from California State University, Northridge, and is certified as a Healthcare Reform Specialist by the Healthcare Reform Center and Policy Institute.
