Chef Eric Gephart of the Chef’s Academy to Compete in Fire in the Triangle Competition
Local Culinary Institute’s Lead Chef Instructor to Compete in Statewide Culinary Competition Series
Raleigh, NC, July 12, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Chef’s Academy (http://www.thechefsacademy.com), the Culinary Division of Harrison College, a 110-year-old, nationally-accredited institution that offers 40 degree programs in five schools of study, has announced that Chef Eric Gephart will compete in the 2nd annual Fire in the Triangle competition. A part of the “Got to be NC” Competition Dining Series, Chef Gephart will compete on Wednesday, July 17 at 7 p.m., where he will cook alongside his teammate, Chef Danny Yeager, corporate executive of Hibernian Company, Inc. Chef Gephart’s team will compete against Chef Christopher Hill of The Oxford. The winner of the July 17 round will advance to compete against the winner of the Midtown Grille and La Residence restaurant battle.
