The Suggestion Tracker feature includes customized forms for capturing ideas, idea review and approval workflow, and management and tracking of approved ideas. The tool can also be customized to support any current employee suggestion programs, allowing for seamless integration with existing procedures. In addition, the system has full e-mail capabilities as well as mechanisms to support employee thank-you notes.
