Erin Byrnes Joins Udall Law Firm
Tucson, AZ, July 13, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Udall Law Firm, LLP is pleased to announce Erin E. Byrnes has become a partner of the firm. Ms. Byrnes focuses her practice in employment law, government liability defense, Indian law, and education law. Her employment law work runs the gamut from advising clients on day-to-day human resources issues to representing employers in employment litigation, including trial. Ms. Byrnes also maintains an active government liability practice defending public entities and their employees in employment and constitutional civil rights cases, among others. In addition, she has unique experience in the area of Indian Law, working with tribes, their employees, insurance companies and others who do business with or have claims relating to native communities. Ms. Byrnes also has extensive experience in education law, having worked with public, charter, and Bureau of Indian Affairs-funded schools, as well as secondary institutions.
Ms. Byrnes is admitted in the state and federal courts in Arizona and Oklahoma, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the following tribal courts: Gila Indian River Community, Hopi, Navajo, Pasqua Yaqui, Quechan, Tohono O’odham, and White Mountain Apache. Ms. Byrnes received her bachelor’s degree in 1995 from Kalamazoo College and her law degree in 1999 from the University of Arizona.
