Moye White Announces Tom List as New Managing Partner

Denver, CO, July 13, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Denver law firm, Moye White LLP, announced today that Tom List will succeed Jim Burghardt as Managing Partner effective July 15. Burghardt has been Managing Partner since 2005, when he succeeded the founding partner of the firm, John Moye. Burghardt will remain on Moye White’s Management Committee.

He has over twenty-six years of experience in commercial real estate, including development, land use and zoning, sales and acquisitions, leasing, landlord/tenant, eviction, workouts, bankruptcy, and financing. His clients include developers, REITs, property management companies, property owners, and condominium and owner associations. List maintains a Martindale-Hubbell Rating of AV® Preeminent.™
