Chicago Startup RECSOLU Draws 165 Top Employers to Annual Conference
RECSOLU Hosts Recruiting Technology Fantasy Camp at Soldier Field to showcase its latest technology products, best practices and mobile solutions dedicated to innovating recruitment processes for collegiate and diversity recruiting.
Chicago, IL, July 12, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Chicago-based technology startup RECSOLU hosted its Recruiting Fantasy Camp, drawing over 165 guests from numerous FORTUNE 500 organizations. RECSOLU utilized its annual customer and user conference to showcase its latest technology products, best practices and mobile solutions dedicated to innovating recruitment processes for collegiate and diversity recruiting.
Over the course of the three-day event hosted at both the University of Chicago’s Gleacher Center and the United Club at Soldier Field, RECSOLU provided detailed technology training sessions, outlined diversity-centric recruiting strategies, and held interactive experiential learning activities. University of Illinois authors & professors Raymond Price and Bruce Vojak keynoted the event by sharing research and results on serial innovation.
When asked about the event’s impact, Jeff Beavers, RECSOLU COO said, “It is not often a solutions provider can bring together 165 thought leaders to share ideas, solve challenges, and collaborate in creating positive change. As a result of this conference, we have provided more than 100 top employers with opportunities for reinventing college and diversity hiring and for creating a competitive advantage.”
With five iOS applications in use by RECSOLU customers globally, RECSOLU issued an iPad to each guest to be used throughout the event so each attendee could be fully immersed in the end-to-end candidate and recruiter experience. Through these iPads, RECSOLU was able to display real-time data and analytics on event metrics, mirroring the recruitment data which clients can collect using RECSOLU software at their own career events and expos.
Additionally, as part of the Recruiting Fantasy Camp, RECSOLU held a hackathon, where its growing engineering team took on-demand requests from guests for new technology solutions and worked to deliver these updates during the innovation showcase on the final day of the event.
