The National Funeral Director Association (NFDA) collects the surveys from families after a funeral or cremation asking them about their experience with the funeral home performing the service. The surveys are anonymous and returned to NFDA for tallying. Surveys are sent to every family served. Each survey gave them a score of 100% satisfaction with every family saying they would likely recommend B.C. Bailey to a friend or family member.
