Chicago, IL, July 27, 2013 --(PR.com)-- All four Windsor Single-Family Rowhomes in the North Kenwood neighborhood have been sold, according to Hasani Steele, RE/MAX agent and CEO of Steele Consulting Group. The development is located near the lakefront and three blocks from Prince Elementary School, which has been showing steady improvement. The outlook for further development in the Kenwood community looks promising, with Walmart planning to open a supercenter in the neighboring community of Bronzeville.
