RoseBay Launches Intensive Training Program for New Real Estate Agents
Newly Licensed Agents Receive Intensive Training and Support in Sarasota, Florida.
Sarasota, FL, July 30, 2013 --(PR.com)-- RoseBay International Inc., a residential and commercial real estate and property management company, has launched a training program for new agents.
Leading the program is professional trainer and Realtor® Denise Oyler, who has been a sales associate with RoseBay since 2008.
“As the real estate market continues to improve, we have seen a dramatic influx of new agents into the market,” said Oyler, who serves on the Sarasota Association of Realtors® Professional Development Committee and Member Benefits Committee.
“We feel that we have a moral obligation to train newly licensed agents and support the integrity of the industry,” Oyler continued.
“We have looked for the right opportunity to offer a comprehensive new agent training program,” said Broker-Owner Mike Rosario. “Denise brings the enthusiasm, expertise and personal and professional integrity we were looking for. She is a perfect fit to develop and launch this project.”
A native of Orlando, Oyler has lived on Florida’s west coast for the past 30 years. A motivational speaker and Certified Firewalk Instructor, she has taught more than 200 seminars and workshops. Her background includes 15 years in the boating and fishing industry in sales, marketing and training. In the late 1990s, she was the publisher of Positive Change, a local healthy living magazine. She has completed classes to receive her real estate broker’s license.
The 12-week training program will begin in September and will be offered quarterly. Participants will attend classes twice a week and receive one-on-one coaching. Topics will include preparing sales and listing contracts, how to build successful relationships with buyers and sellers, short sales and foreclosures, and understanding technology and software applications in the real estate industry, among other topics. Guest speakers will also be featured during the training program.
