The winning grand prize will be $2000.00 cash and paperback publication through Creative Partners Publishing and Vilnius Press LLC.

Entries can be on any theme. The final judge will be Randy Jernigan, a prolific fiction writer, news writer, celebrity biographer, and creative writing teacher.
