ACC RV Warranty Announces End of Outsourcing Agreement Today
ACC RV Warranty has announced today the end of their long-standing RV towing outsourcing agreement. As the RV industry rebounds from its low point, ACC is once again poised to provide best-in-class delivery of RV Towing Assistance without outsourcing any of its ancillary benefits to industry partners. As a fully sel-contained program, ACC is once again able to provide unlimited service benefits to its customers.
Indianapolis, IN, July 31, 2013 --(PR.com)-- ACC RV Warranty said on Tuesday it has decided to end a long-standing partnership with their RV towing and RV roadside assistance provider effective immediately.
Acc Warranty, a leading service provider in the RV Industry, had been outsourcing its towing and roadservice operations for a segment of their customer accounts since 2009.
"In order for ACC to have continued this relationship, we needed to establish a new agreement that would provide for; One, a higher standard of service quality provided to our customers and Secondly, a commitment from our supplier to limit their ongoing telemarketing and spam e-mail marketing they have been conducting to our customers," said Steve Burgess, President of ACC Warranty in a statement.
"Ultimately, we decided to dissolve the relationship in the ongoing best interest of our customers."
"Acc had outsourced a portion of their RV towing operations in the midst of the RV Industry downturn and 2008 economic collapse in an effort to reduce our expense and staff while right-sizing the business to ride-out the economic downturn," according to Burgess.
"Acc may initially lose some lower-margin client revenue from this decision, but our core customer base remains the higher-end, committed lifestyle Diesel-motorhome owner and in-sourcing this segment of our operation will give us total control over the customer service experience and the ability to really go the extra mile to serve our customers without the hinderances and limits of a partnership agreement," Burgess added.
ACC Warranty has said that implementation of ACC-TowSource, an RV Towing, Roadservice and Mobile Mechanic services company, will take the place on August 1, 2013.
ACC will continue to offer their customers best-in-class unlimited RV towing and unlimited RV roadside benefits without any interruption whatsoever in their services.
This change represents a significant increase in customer service and benefits for all customers. ACC Warranty will be providing additional details directly to their customers regarding the increased level of benefits and expanded coverage.
