New Revenue Assurance Managers Advanced Certification Program to Premiere in Amsterdam
GRAPA to offer new advanced certification program for Revenue Assurance Management. Designed to help the RA Manager adapt his team to the generation of assurance issues, this event will premiere this September in Amsterdam.
Chicago, IL, August 02, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Upon feedback from its membership and detailed benchmark reports, GRAPA, the Global Revenue Assurance Professionals Association, has created an updated Advanced Revenue Assurance certification program to meet the emerging and future needs of revenue assurance team managers and leaders. Based upon the technical, marketing, and business model trends that are altering the telecom landscape, this 1-week program helps advanced RA professionals ensure they are fully prepared for the transitions to come.
“Looking at the current state of telecoms and into 2014, it is clear that the role of Revenue Assurance can become an even greater asset to the financial health of telecoms operators,” asserts Rob Mattison, President of GRAPA. “Given that technologies, billing models, and marketing strategies are growing in complexity, a well-managed revenue assurance team can make the difference between financial success and organizational chaos.”
The new Revenue Assurance Managers Advanced Certification Program is a highly interactive, 360 degree review of the most critical new issues emerging for revenue assurance team leaders. Focus areas include assurance and billing strategies for LTE, techniques for improving assurance over the MVNO business model, a sneak peak at 2014 Revenue Assurance standards and practices, and NextGen marketing & new product assurance.
“We want to send our newly credentialed RA managers back to their organizations with an enhancement to the tools and methods to perform cutting edge RA that stays ahead of telecoms technology and product trends,” confirms Mattison.
Part training, part workshop, and part forum, this advanced program will premiere in Amsterdam on 23 September 2013. Those who attend this event, and who successfully complete the certification exams will join an elite class of telecoms professional. Since 2007, 200 professionals have completed the required coursework and training to earn this prestigious credential.
