Crossroads Village: National Urgent Care to Open This Fall

Atlanta, GA, August 04, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Amanda Steidtmann of Crossman & Company signed a new-lease for 3,210 square feet at 3979 Buford Highway Atlanta, GA 30345. Crossroads Village leased the space to National Urgent Care. National Urgent Care is expected to open this Fall.

“There’s always a need for people to be able to have access to a physician outside of traditional office hours. Crossroads Village is helping to meet that need,” stated Amanda Steidtmann.

Amanda Steidtmann joined Crossman & Company in April, 2012 and started the leasing team in the Atlanta office. She is responsible for leasing all of the Publix-owned shopping centers in Atlanta MSA, TN, SC and NC, as well as working with various other institutional clients on Grocery-anchored, Power centers, dark boxes and Outparcels.

National Urgent Care is a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare who invested $2.3 million in three urgent care centers in metro Atlanta. National Urgent Care will provide walk-in services for minor illnesses and injuries.
