Louisville, KY, August 13, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Hoops, the premiere 90,000 sq. ft. basketball and volleyball facility in Louisville, Kentucky welcomes World Cup and Olympic Gold Medalist Pat Powers for a two day volleyball clinic on November 6th and 7th, 2013. This will be the first time the eleven time All American volleyball player and coach will visit Louisville and host his national VBClinics.com in a city that is well versed in not only basketball, but also volleyball. With three major volleyball clubs in the area, MAVA, KIVA and Union, Powers looks to bring a good group of players to his clinics, with hopes of making Louisville a staple visit in his national stops. Currently, Powers camps reaches out to both coasts, taking him from California to Florida.
Powers' clinic emphasizes several skills to make a better volleyball player, including how to put a spin on the ball, anticipation on the court, playing defense behind the block and much more.
