The addition of Kulaga and Fischer, both graduates of Marquette University, helps to bolster the Civil Engineering Team and allows the firm to continue to provide exceptional personal service to all of their client communities.

Kulaga interned in the City of Elmhurst, IL where he gained first-hand knowledge of engineering in the municipal sector by being an integral part of road construction projects within the City. Fischer, a third generation engineer, grew up amidst municipal engineering principles. He has since put these tools to work and excels in immediately instilling a positive rapport with client communities. Kulaga and Fischer have already proven to be assets in the firm and are excellent examples of young talent.
