Actor, Filmmaker, Jeremy Fultz, Feature Film, The Greed of Men, to Debut at the Action on Film Festival -- Receives Four Nominations, Including Breakout Action Star

Los Angeles, CA, August 13, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Greed of Men, a feature film by actor, filmmaker Jeremy Fultz and cinematographer, editor Douglas Brian Miller -- DoingTime Productions will be screening at the 2013 Action on Film International Film Festival in Monrovia, California August 21st at 2pm. The film is nominated for four awards:

Breakout Action Star - Male - Feature

The Greed of Men is Fultz’s first feature film and the second time he has collaborated with Miller. Fultz and Miller previously worked together on VIGILANTE, a gritty short B film that debuted at the Action on Film Festival in 2011 and was nominated for “Best Editing - Short.”

John Crooke, V.P. of Acquisitions at Eye Film Releasing, a worldwide distribution company which will be distributing Fultz’s film describes The Greed of Men as “Grindhouse-style exploitation, a twisting plot and highly stylized camera techniques that evoke action pioneers Sam Peckinpah and Robert Rodriguez. To complement the film, it’s paired with a gritty, pulsating electronic score that sets a dark mood for a mind-bending tale of violence, crime and betrayal.”

Fultz, who is nominated for Breakout Action Star in a Feature plays Jack, an outcast that returns to town to settle an old score with the crew that betrayed him. "Having written, produced, directed and starred in the film, a good portion of the last three years of my life has been dedicated to The Greed of Men. I even dislocated my shoulder during one of the fight scenes so having my movie receive this kind of recognition and being nominated for my acting is pretty nice,” says Fultz.
