Start-Up Hiring 100 People

Chicago, IL, August 16, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Hatch Valley is hiring 100 people in the next 100 days. This roster of 100 will be comprised of top talent in the domains of graphic design, UX/UI design, art direction, front-end development, back-end development, iOS, Android, quality assurance, copywriting, SEO/SEM, and business strategy. The 100-day vetting process will take the form of friendly yet professional competition.

Round one of the competition consists of a brief skills test and group activity with the Hatch Valley team. This round is open to the public. Registration for the August recruiting nights at hatchtop100.eventbrite.com.

Qualifying participants will then be invited to a day-long, in-depth skills test in September. During this second round, participants will earn lead-, associate-, or apprentice-level proficiency status. The top prospects in each of the eleven domains will be invited to the final round of the vetting.

In the final round of the competition, the prospective roster list will be split into teams and will work together on their first real-world Hatch Lab (hackathon weekend). At the end of October, the top 100 designers, developers, business strategists, and other specialists will be extended an invitation to a position on the Hatch Valley talent roster.
