NovaCopy Inc. has acquired Shelton Business Machines, Inc. Prosperity Plus represented Philip, Patsy and Mark Shelton and Shelton Business Machines throughout the transaction.
Smithtown, NY, August 17, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. today announced that NovaCopy Inc. has acquired Shelton Business Machines, Inc. Prosperity Plus represented Philip, Patsy and Mark Shelton and Shelton Business Machines throughout the transaction.
Mark Shelton will remain on board as the marketplace general manager with NovaCopy, along with virtually all of the Shelton Business Machines staff, and will focus on building upon the success they've had throughout the years.
