The Savannah Dream Maker program is designed to help low to moderate income households realize their dream of purchasing a home. For a limited time the Dream Maker PLUS home purchase program helps qualified moderate income households purchase a new home with funding available through the City of Savannah Housing Department. Approved applicants may be eligible to receive up to $70,000 of Dream Maker PLUS financing toward the purchase of a Dream Maker PLUS house.
