Wilma Jones, author of “Living Happier After: 20 Women Talk About Life After Divorce” to be featured.

Arlington, VA, August 22, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Following a lively radio interview back in June, JL King, New York Times best selling author of "On the Down Low: A Journey into the Lives of 'Straight' Black Men Who Sleep with Men" will host and lead a discussion exploring life at 40+ and 50+ living after divorce with new author Wilma Jones. Her book, "Living Happier After: 20 Women Talk About Divorce" has been well-received by many readers, divorce professionals and pastors/counselors. Nationally recognized relationship therapist, Audrey B. Chapman wrote the book foreword in which she states that during this time “wives…need a guidebook like Living Happier After.”

Participants will gain motivation, empowerment and participate in a lively discussion. The forum will focus on how to leave bitterness behind and start living life happier after divorce.

JL and his ex-wife, Brenda Stone Browder recently released their book, "The Ex-Factor: Finding the Freedom to Heal, Forgive and Love Again." In Jones’ book, "Living Happier After: 20 Women Talk About Life After Divorce" women tell how they overcame the demise of their marriage and started living happier after their divorce. It’s specifically targeted to women who, alongside their husbands were, “bringing home the bacon and cooking it, too” when their lives fell apart.

Living Happier After allows you to listen in as over 20 divorced women share their stories about how they got happier during the awful space immediately following separation. Women who overcame abuse, desertion, financial disaster, infidelity and more talk about their personal struggle and what it takes to overcome the end of a marriage and emerge living happier after.

Wilma is also a speaker and blogger at http://LivingHappierAfter.com and on Rene Syler's Good Enough Mother® website in the "Better, Not Bitter" category at http://www.goodenoughmother.com/category/family-home/better-not-bitter/.
