IndCor Management Team Expands to Support Construction and West Coast Portfolio Growth
IndCor adds two new members to the management team to support the company’s recent growth to over 100 million square feet.

Brandon Page joins IndCor as Senior Vice President and Asset Manager responsible for Reno and Las Vegas, NV. His addition to the management team supports IndCor’s recent 64 property acquisition on the West Coast. Brandon was formerly responsible for the oversight of Prologis’ 20 million square foot portfolio in the San Francisco Bay Area. Previously, he oversaw their 16.5 million square foot and 1.6 million square foot Reno and Salt Lake (respectively) portfolios.
Jim Van Sickle also joins IndCor as Senior Vice President, Construction and will oversee all construction for the company. Jim has over 25 years of construction and development experience and brings a deep skill set to IndCor. Previously, he held a position as Vice President of Development at AIMCO and has also worked with Catellus Development Corporation and Sares-Regis Group. During his distinguished career, he has directed the construction of 30 million square feet of office and industrial properties, managed 3,000 acres of infrastructure improvements and conducted due diligence on over 1,000 acres of acquisitions.
