Vaco Raleigh, LLC Names Josh Haymond to Director of Business Development
New Hire for Executive Recruiting Firm Responsible for Assisting Current And Prospective Clients with Their Accounting and Finance Hiring Needs.
Raleigh, NC, August 23, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Vaco Raleigh, LLC (http://www.vaco.com/raleigh), an executive placement and consulting firm, has announced that Josh Haymond has joined the firm as director of business development. In this position, Haymond is responsible for meeting with current and prospective clients to assist them with their hiring needs in the areas of accounting and finance. He assesses the skills and competencies required to fill open contract positions and screens candidates to secure the best, most highly qualified individuals to meet those requirements for the client.
Prior to joining Vaco, Haymond served as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), in the assurance practices of KPMG and for PricewaterhouseCoopers. In addition, he was heavily involved in on-campus recruiting at North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and was responsible for piloting the Network Development Committee in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Raleigh office.
He earned both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is an active member of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Network and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. An involved member of his community, Haymond volunteers with Habitat for Humanity; the Foundation of Hope’s annual Walk For Hope event, the proceeds of which support the research and treatment of mental illness; the March of Dimes’ March for Babies event and Raleigh City Farm.
A native of Raleigh, N.C., he resides there now with his wife, Christie.
