Pro Athletes Embrace New Sports Social Network inRecruit
Fast growing new sports social network inRecruit.com is quickly being embraced by professional athletes as a platform to support their respective colleges.
New York, NY, August 28, 2013 --(PR.com)-- inRecruit.com, a new sports social network which was recently featured nationally by NBC Sports, ABC and Comcast SportsNet, has opened up its network to professional athletes to use as a platform to support their respective colleges.
Current professional athletes who have joined inRecruit are able to help their alma maters by offering up their services as a contact to youth athletes looking to gain additional insight on the school’s athletic program and the school in general.
“We have had excellent feedback from pro athletes since we opened up the inRecruit platform to pro athletes so that they can join inRecruit to support their respective colleges. We were not even going to go in this direction however we just received too many requests so we had to do it,” said Malik Allen former NBA player and co-founder of inRecruit.
“InRecruit is basically Linkedin for Sports. In 5 years I can see all sports recruiting going through inRecruit,” said Marreese Speights former Florida basketball player and current NBA forward with the Golden State Warriors.
“inRecruit is a difference maker. I totally see how inRecruit could change the sports scouting and recruiting landscape forever,” said Marquis Teague, former Kentucky basketball player and current NBA guard with the Chicago Bulls.
