Matt Bitterman Named DAVACO's Director of Human Resources
DAVACO recently named Matt Bitterman as the company's human resources director. In this role, Bitterman is responsible for all human resources functions, including recruiting, benefits, insurance programs, and the administration of all policies and procedures across the company.

In this role, Bitterman is responsible for all human resources functions, including recruiting, benefits, insurance programs, and the administration of all policies and procedures across the company. He reports to Lamar Roberts, CFO, DAVACO.

Bitterman was previously employed with Brink's Inc. as the senior vice president of North American human resources. In this role, he directed all HR programs, including compensation, benefits, performance and incentive programs. He has also held a variety of positions with Lennox International, most recently as director of corporate human resources. Bitterman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo in Ohio.
