Since its launch in 2005, the Top 10 Awards is among the most coveted recognitions in the Asian building and design industry. The BCI Asia Awards is a regional event attended by senior representatives of the building and property development industries to honor the best in building and architecture in Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
This year, BCI Asia has expanded and repositioned the meaning of the Top 10 Awards to focus on sustainability. The 2013 winners are identified as the firms with the greatest aggregate value of projects under construction during the last full calendar year and by the extent of their sustainability and green building ratings.
