Downtown Professional Building Re-Opens after Extensive Renovations in Clare, Michigan

Clare, MI, September 08, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The partners of 415 N. McEwan, LLC today announced the re-grand opening of their extensively renovated professional building in downtown Clare, Michigan. “The project took over 10 months to complete and was full of surprises, but we think the residents of Clare will be proud of this revitalized landmark,” said Don Deering, partner of 415 N. McEwan, LLC. “Our goal was to work with local officials and vendors and come up with the best professional office space downtown Clare has to offer and I think we accomplished that goal,” said Deering.

The Downtown Clare Professional Building offers individual suites ranging from 315 sq.ft. to 1250 sq.ft. Each suite includes sound proofing and insulation, finished drywall including commercial grade paint, decorative solid-oak entry doors (larger suites have 1 public entrance and 1 additional private entrance). Suites also include internet capability, phone jacks, high-traffic carpet, decorative oak molding / trim, and modern lighting / fixtures. Some suites also include kitchenettes. Additional tenant allowances may include wanes coating and other custom build-out options.

Hallways include oak trim / chair railing, finished drywall including additional insulation and commercial grade paint, modern lighting / fixtures, high-traffic carpet and commercial tile installed at both front and rear foyer entrances and restrooms. Front and rear stairways were opened up for maximum natural light and are finished with custom decorative railing. Front and rear foyers’ also include large custom day windows, decorative chandeliers and custom signage at front and rear entrances to designate business suite names and numbers. A security system will be installed including high pixel cameras to monitor each front and rear entrance with internet taping and archiving.

Each tenant has access to a conference room complete with an executive conference table and chairs, decorative art work, etc., as well as an attached kitchen area complete with custom cabinetry, running water, a soda / snack vending machine, etc. Lastly, men’s and women’s restrooms are complete with finished drywall and insulation, commercial ceramic tile, modern lighting / fixtures and decorative furniture, art work, etc.

Other basic necessities and improvements include plumbing, electrical, new boiler system, new cooling system and a refinished roof.

Finally, this project was completed due to the collaborative efforts and working relationships with Michael Huenemann of Isabella Bank & Trust, Lori Schuh who is the Main Street Manager along with support from her Board of Directors, Kelly Larson (Michigan Main Street Program Architect), Terry DeWitt of DeWitt Home Improvements (General Contractor), Mike White of A Cut Above Painting, Terry Thayer of AccuAir, Gery Seiter of Seiter Electric, John Zinser (Boiler System), Clare Print & Pulp, Dawn Peyton of Peyton Properties and Kimm Clark (Property Manager).

A Re-Grand Opening will be held for a ceremonial ribbon cutting on Friday September 21, 2007, which will be open to the public, invited guests and local dignitaries.
