Peter Anthony Designs Inc. (PADI) uses their process to gain a clear understanding of every project, and to customize every client’s vision to spec. In the initial concept stage, the interior design and restaurant design is planned and drafted to achieve a perfect concept. This is completed with a team of sales professionals and designers who will recognize the needs of the Customer restaurant by combining a thorough site analysis, the team’s creativity and the customer’s goals. In the second phase of the Customer Centered Approach the interior designers begin to offer innovative seating and décor plans, which are presented to the client in 3D AutoCAD renderings, before any building begins.
It is during the second phase of the Customer Centered Approach that a comprehensive design package is created, which includes: a floor plan, interior elevations, material specifications, 3D colour renderings, and a detailed quote. After the client has approved the design package, the Project Coordinators will oversee the building project from concept to delivery.
