The World Wide Fund for Nature - Philippines recently recognized ArthaLand as one of its staunchest supporters in its drive to boost awareness and involvement in conserving our natural resources.

As a sustainability partner and a green developer, ArthaLand was conferred the 2011 Environmental Leadership Award.

In a ceremony held recently at the Manila Polo Club, Angie de Villa-Lacson, ArthaLand's president and CEO received a plaque of recognition from WWF-Philippines chairman Vince Perez and president and CEO, Lory Tan. This is for the company's support to the sustainability efforts of this global environmental advocacy group.

The recognition was given to ArthaLand during the Black and White Gala event to celebrate WWF-Philippines' 15th year and the WWF global network's 50th anniversary. The two groups' partnership focuses on the 60+ program, a more comprehensive evolution of the globally successful Earth Hour, promoting further ways to help save the environment by conscientious resource conservation - 365 days a year.
