Hieroglifs-Sponsored Teams Come 1st and 2nd in Stage 2 of the Latvian RcOffroad Cup

Bucharest, Romania, September 04, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Hieroglifs Translations would like to congratulate Uldis Kalējs and Kaspars Triškins on their outstanding performance in the second stage of the Latvian RcOffroad Cup in the Baja 5b Radio Controlled Car Races that took place in Saldus, Latvia, on 15th June 2013.

Uldis Kalējs and Kaspars Triškins, both sponsored by Hieroglifs Translations, came first and second in the race and currently occupy the first and the fourth position, respectively, in the overall competition results.

Kalējs, in a short interview given after the race, praised the organizers for a well-prepared circuit and smooth running of the competition.

The Cup continued to its third stage on 29th June in Kangarnieki. It will now move on to Pelēkais (13th July), Saldus (3rd August) and conclude in Kangarnieki on 31st August where the definitive winner will be decided.

The Baja 5b radio controlled car is the smaller version of a Baja racing car. As its name suggests, it is operated from a long distance, using a special remote control radio. The drivers need to have a good understanding of their machines as well as excellent motor skills.

The Latvian RcOffroad Cup brings together auto-moto aficionados and their families and friends from all over the country. The races are traditionally held in a very informal and relaxed atmosphere.
