FISC Solutions Named as a 2013 Best Places to Work in Maine

Lewiston, ME, September 05, 2013 --(PR.com)-- FISC Solutions, a leading back office services provider, has been named as one of the Best Places to Work in Maine for the third year in a row. The awards program was created in 2006 and is a project of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – Maine State Council and Best Companies Group.

This statewide program identifies, recognizes and honors the best places of employment in Maine. The 2013 list is made up of 60 companies.

The Best Companies Group conducted an employee survey to measure the overall employee experience. The survey had an outstanding 83% response rate by FISC employees. In addition, FISC Solutions’ workplace policies, practices, and demographics were evaluated. The Best Companies Group used the combined scores of the survey and evaluation to determine the top companies and the final ranking.
