Indian restaurant Moti Mahal Tandoori Trail, known for its famous Tandoori Cuisine, opened a franchise in Oman on the 15th of August,13. Having started in 1947 in Delhi, the restaurant has more than 150 franchises around the globe. One gets to experience the elegance of old India with a subtle contemporary essence in not only the ambiance but also the food. Monish Gujral, the Managing Director of the chain, a celebrated author and chef has added a contemporary essence to the old dining experience along with robust flavours of North India. Moti Mahal Delux Tandoori Trail is a tribute to his grand Father the founder of Moti Mahal and the inventor of “Tandoori Chicken” and “Butter Chicken.”
