Alabama Notaries are invited to September's Notary Clinic where the featured speaker will be Mr. Ozie Stallworth, of Notary Public Administrators and North Carolina Secretary of State Department.

Mr. Stallworth will talk about his role as the Southern Regional Representative for Notary Public Administrators (NPA) and its impact to Alabama. He will also offer insight into his role & responsibilities as Director of Electronic Notarization & Notary Enforcement for North Carolina's Secretary of State Department.
