Atimi Software and FV Corporation Form a Joint Partnership

Charleston, SC, September 12, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The launch of a jointly owned company will provide digital solutions to football (also known as “soccer”) organizations globally.

Atimi Software Inc. and FV Corporation have formed a jointly owned company called APPS FC (www.appsfc.com). This global digital football company will provide Governing Bodies, Confederations, Federations, Leagues, and Clubs a total digital solution based on its proprietary sports framework.

“Atimi Software has a successful mobile sports framework that generates a revenue stream to clubs and provides information that fans care about. This joint venture will deliver their sports framework to the organizations we have relationships with,” said Ron Konersmann, Chairman, FV Corporation. “We are delighted to work with Atimi because of their experience in this market and to leverage the success they have already had with their current sports apps.”

APPS FC currently provides Apple iOS, Google Android, and BlackBerry OS apps to MLS’ Vancouver Whitecaps FC and Toronto FC and will be adding Windows 8, Windows Phone 8, Xbox and Nokia Asha feature phone apps in the fall.
