Klemchuk Kubasta LLP Participates in Freedom Day 2013
Employees from KK LLP participate in Entrepreneurs For North Texas’ annual day of service to honor 9/11.
Dallas, TX, September 15, 2013 --(PR.com)-- On Sept. 11, Klemchuk Kubasta LLP (KK LLP), a leading intellectual property (IP) law firm, participated in Entrepreneurs For North Texas’ (EFNT) annual day of service – Freedom Day.
Freedom Day an inspirational and impactful day of community service that honors the lives lost and affected by the events on 9/11. For Freedom Day 2013, EFNT partnered with the Mayor of Dallas’ GrowSouth project to revitalize Atwell Middle School/Law Academy in Southern Dallas. Ultimately, the event provided the school with tens of thousands of dollars in volunteer hours, supplies, materials, furniture and cash. The daylong event is a “Members only” service project for the more than 100 North Texas companies and Member partners of EFNT.
Over a dozen of employees from KK LLP took part in service projects such as painting walls, updating teacher lounges and conference rooms, sprucing up locker rooms and gymnasiums and myriad of other renovation projects. Employees, including attorneys and support staff, used Freedom Day as an opportunity to remember the tragic events of 9/11 and foster team building.
