Raleigh Salon, Med Spa and Boutique to Host Special Offers to Benefit American Cancer Society, Honor Late Beloved Stylist.
Raleigh, NC, September 20, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Douglas David, managing partner of Douglas Carroll Salon (http://www.douglascarrollsalon.com/), a nationally and internationally recognized salon in Raleigh, has announced that the salon will host its second annual “Care Cut Give” Cut-A-Thon on Sunday, Sept. 22 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the American Cancer Society in honor of Eileen Homsher, a beloved Douglas Carroll Salon team member who lost her battle to cancer last year. During the event, the salon will offer its top-quality haircuts for only $35, which normally start at $50.
In addition to donating to the American Cancer Society, the salon will be collecting donations for Homsher’s children’s college fund. Homsher left behind two sons, Stephen and Ryan, who will be participating in the Cut-A-Thon.
