Klemchuk Kubasta LLP Employee Receives Entrepreneurs for North Texas Honor
Jennifer Bergman is selected as Practitioner of the Year through Entrepreneurs for North Texas.
Dallas, TX, September 20, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Jennifer Bergman, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Klemchuk Kubasta LLP (KK LLP), a leading intellectual property (IP) law firm, has been honored by Entrepreneurs for North Texas (EFNT) as Practitioner of the Year.
Entrepreneurs for North Texas is a program of Communities Foundation of Texas and facilitates community involvement and philanthropy for small and mid-sized companies who want to make a beneficial impact on their communities. Practitioners are the internal point of contact within a Member Company who is responsible for helping the company be a good corporate citizen by:
- Liaising with the senior management to identify EFNT events in which to participate
- Disseminating EFNT information to co-workers
- Inspiring and mobilizing the employees to attend EFNT programs
- Encouraging adoption of business practices that enhance community impact
- Attending EFNT Practitioner Roundtables and Other Meetings
Besides being an active liaison for KK LLP and EFNT, Jennifer has served on Steering Committees for EFNT events including Purpose Beyond Profit: Good Corporate Citizenship Conference and Freedom Day 2013. She has also built partnerships for KK LLP with Dallas CASA and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas.
Jennifer has also held several leadership positions with BvB Dallas, a powder-puff football game hosted to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s disease research, and is currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors.
