IAHSP® Foundation and StagedHomes.com® Reveal New Scholarship Program for Accredited Staging Professional® Designation
The International Association of Home Staging Professionals® (IAHSP®) Foundation and StagedHomes.com® will award a scholarship to cover tuition and training manual for one deserving person this year to earn the respected Accredited Staging Professional® (ASP®) designation.
Seattle, WA, September 22, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The StagedHomes.com® ASP® Stager Course scholarship program runs through Dec. 31, 2013. StagedHomes.com® plans to expand the program in 2014 to award one scholarship per quarter as funds are available. The scholarship includes professional training developed by Barb Schwarz, The Creator of Home Staging®, a one-year listing on the internet's #1 top rated Staging website, Stagedhomes.com®, and a one-year membership in IAHSP®.
Those interested must first be referred by an IAHSP® Premier member. IAHSP® Premier members have supplied information to IAHSP® showing they meet certain Home Staging business operation criteria. The IAHSP® Premier member must submit a letter of recommendation supporting the scholarship applicant. The scholarship applicant must then submit a resume and essay to StagedHomes.com®. The essay should express the person’s desire to become an ASP®, and demonstrate monetary need. A panel of five IAHSP® officials will review the applicants and determine the ASP® scholarship recipient. The winner of the scholarship will be announced in January 2014.
