Tracey Grumbach Joins the Compass Home Group of Keller Williams American Premier Realty

Bel Air, MD, September 26, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Tracey Grumbach is a native Marylander. Born and raised in Baltimore County, she grew up in a small, close knit family with her older brother and her parents. Tracey moved to Harford County after graduating from Towson University in 1994 and has called it home since. She currently resides on a small farm in rural Harford County with her husband, four children, two horses, four goats, one barn cat, and one dog.

Tracey has had a roundabout way of arriving as a team member with Compass Home Group of Keller Williams American Premier Realty. She graduated from Towson University with a degree in elementary education, and pursued her career as a 3rd and 5th grade teacher in Harford County. After having children, Tracey’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to develop her own tutoring business, which she managed and grew successfully for ten years while allowing her to raise her children during the day. In 1999, Tracey discovered a love of and talent in photography, which led her to found her second business, Nine Acres Designs, in 2009. Her role as real estate photographer, serving local realtors and homeowners with their quest to represent properties in the best visual way possible, led her straight to Compass Home Group. Now serving as the Executive Assistant for Compass Home Group, Tracey can finally implement her organizational skills, her love of people, her fascination with real estate, and her creative talents all in one career. It is a dream come true. She is thrilled to be an integral part of this talented, heart-led team whose goal it is to bring dreams home.

Tracey loves giving back to the community. She gladly serves as the sports photographer for North Harford High School football team, donating all the sales of her photographs back to the group for equipment, uniforms, and safety apparatus. She also gives her heart to the Keller Williams Red Day event, by serving as an event photographer. This cause is near and dear to her heart because she can use her talents to help the schools and children in the surrounding community.

Tracey enjoys spending time with her family, often setting out with them on day trips that will help enhance their love of learning about the world. She delights in traveling and discovering beautiful places in the United States, and hopefully one day, abroad. Tracey enjoys being in nature and can often be found hiking, photographing wildlife, shooting sporting clays, or exploring local and national parks. Her love of sports she developed as a child while actively participating in softball, basketball, and cheerleading, is evident still today when she is passionately cheers for her childrens’ teams or her favorite professional teams, the Baltimore Ravens and the Baltimore Orioles. When the day is winding down, she enjoys a good book with a hot cup of chamomile tea under a warm blanket. Tracey’s fine art photography can often be seen and purchased in local art galleries, including Arts By the Bay Gallery in Havre de Grace, Maryland.
