Update to Tacoma G4 Elite Installation Guide
Fold-a-Cover has recently updated the Installation Guides for the G4 Elite on the Toyota Tacoma. There is also a new Install Video of a G4 Elite on a Tacoma that is on the way.

They have utilized customer feedback to improve not just their products but also the installation instructions for their products. Customer feedback led to updates to the current G4 Elite installation process on the current model year Toyota Tacoma. It was pointed out by a customer that the installation instructions for the G4 Elite had incorrectly identified the front and rear striker clamp brackets (Parts Z and AA). Steffens Automotive has corrected the issue and is taking steps to ensure that all new Toyota Tacoma G4 Elite Fold-a-Covers are delivered with the updated instructions. They'll also be uploading the new instructions to the Installation Guide download area on SteffensAutomotive.com.
They also added a note to the installation instructions pointing out that the Footman's Loop installation is optional if the truck already possesses a locking tailgate. No need to drill holes in the tailgate for a Footman's Loop that is not necessary.
And coming soon; a new G4 Elite Installation Overview Video on a Toyota Tacoma! The new video will be highlighting the updates to the installation process as well as providing the first look at the install of a G4 Elite Fold-a-Cover on a Toyota Tacoma using the factory installed track system. They'll be uploading the new installation video to the Steffens Automotive YouTube page very soon!
