Prior to joining MMI, Romano coordinated marketing, advertising and public relations activities as an account executive for a communications company. She received her Bachelor of Arts in communications with a concentration in public relations and a minor in journalism from North Carolina State University. A native of Princeton, N.J., she now resides in Cary, N.C.
