IP Works, PLLC, Names Inna Belopolsky and Wayne Carroll Attorneys at Law as New Counsel
Doylestown, PA, September 28, 2013 --(PR.com)-- IP Works, PLLC, a boutique intellectual property law firm in Doylestown, Pa. is expanding. The firm, which handles trademarks, copyrights, patents and a variety of other intellectual property concerns, recently named two attorneys to its ranks.
Inna Belopolsky, formerly of Rudoler & DeRosa, LLC joined the Doylestown based firm. She will handle patent consulting, drafting and prosecution, licensing and contract matters, trademark work and legal issues associated with a variety of intellectual property concerns.
Founder of IP Works, PLLC, Attorney Catherine Cavella says, “…Inna’s background in biotech and chemical patents is incredibly valuable in this region, but her expertise lends itself to much more -- she’s capable of working on just about any patent project that comes her way. Most importantly, she “gets” business, both at the corporate level and small business. She has a keen eye for structuring deals, licensing issues, and contract negotiation and drafting. She has so much to offer our clients – I’m excited she’s on board!”
Also joining the team is Wayne Carroll, a patent attorney based in Arizona. Ms. Cavella says, “Wayne is of counsel with our firm and has his own IP firm in Arizona. His background in electrical engineering is grounded in practical industry experience in the semiconductor industry – so he understands the business from the ground up. In addition to his patent experience, Wayne’s experience in trademark, copyright and domain disputes makes him a really valuable addition to our team.”
Ms. Belopolsky attended the Widener School of Law (Pa) and Mr. Carroll attended Suffolk University Law School, Boston, MA.
