Over 10,000 top producing Keller Williams agents attended for networking and educational opportunities. Richmond, VA agents and owners of The Justice Barton Realty Group, Erin Barton and JoanElaine Justice, attended this week long seminar. The conference offers different coaching opportunities throughout the week.
Mega Tech, an educational seminar on the current technological trends in real estate, proved to be a huge success for tech-savvy Barton. She was looking for ways to better connect with her clients through the use of technology. Clever Social Media integration is a large part of the business model that Mega Tech highlights. “Mega Tech offered a unique perspective on a how to connect with a target market,” describes Barton.
The Mastermind Seminar is a combination of small group idea flow with lectures from industry power-players. This session discussed business strategies which drive agents to become top producers and offered networking opportunities to expand referral connections. Both Barton and Justice look forward to implementing their new business tools to better serve their existing and future clients. Both top producing agents will be returning to Austin in 2014 for next year’s Mega Camp.
