Center for Executive Excellence Announces Opening of New Office in Phoenix, AZ and the Addition of a New Senior Research Fellow
New location and addition of Dr. Chad Bogosian as Senior Research Fellow expands the geographical reach and enriches the scope of service offerings.
Carlsbad, CA, October 02, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Center for Executive Excellence (CEE), an innovator in helping companies deliver results by focusing on a purpose that rises above the bottom line, today announced an expanded, Phoenix-based presence for their executive coaching, mentoring and training programs and services.
The Phoenix office will be led by Chrys Davis. Mr. Davis is a speaker, trainer and executive consultant with more than 15 years of experience facilitating high energy leadership workshops and training sessions. Mr. Davis has developed and facilitated graduate and undergraduate courses in leadership, diversity management, innovation, and change management. Mr. Davis focuses on helping today’s leaders learn how to lead, not manage, to create better value by energizing the true engine of their organization — people.
Joining Chrys Davis as a Senior Research Fellow is the newest team member, Dr. Chad Bogosian. Dr. Bogosian holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy with specific focus on virtue ethics, the philosophy of religion and epistemology. Dr. Bogosian’s practical experience and educational focus allows him to “bridge the aisle” from a philosophical and religious perspective to the business environment. He is able to help executives understand the value and necessity of ethics and morality in today’s workplace. Training executives to live both full and fulfilling lives in the workplace by introducing ethics into leadership is the cornerstone of Dr. Bogosian’s teaching.
Mr. Davis is a 2008 graduate of Grand Canyon University’s Ken Blanchard MBA program and is currently a professor of business and leadership for the Ken Blanchard College of Business MBA and MSL degree programs. Sheri Nasim, CEE’s President and CEO, is also a graduate of the Blanchard MBA program. The team’s experience as both students and educators has played a pivotal role in their professional growth. The team has drawn inspiration from a shared perspective with Ken Blanchard who states “The world is in desperate need of a different leadership role model. Our program guides you to look inside and ask yourself an important question: ‘Am I here to serve—or to be served?’ People-focused leadership is about solving problems and acting in the best interests of others.” To meet this challenge they have created tools for today’s executive to deliver excellence through focusing on people, purpose and performance.
The unique combination of individuals that comprise CEE also includes Dr. Tony Baron, an internationally-recognized author and speaker on Servant Leadership. Currently CEE is featuring a Servant Leadership lecture series led by Dr. Tony Baron in San Diego, CA. The series focuses on critical aspects of the Servant Leader’s journey from inner self, to team building, to influencing your community. Details on location, times and registration can be found on the CEE website.
About Grand Canyon University Executive MBA Program

This highly-innovative program has been designed to combine Ken Blanchard’s renowned research on values-based leadership with the rigor of a challenging executive-level graduate business education.
Unlike other Executive MBA programs, the Ken Blanchard EMBA begins and ends with leadership. Rather than teaching the business courses from the traditional functional perspective, the Ken Blanchard EMBA uses a cross-functional approach that focuses on the often conflicting interests of key stakeholder groups.
